We will make our every effort to ship your order quickly. We ship via USPS within United States. We DO NOT deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping cost per address for orders to:

United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii):

FREE - Orders total $50 and up.
$2.50 - Orders total $25 and up.
$5.00 - Orders total under $25.

United States (Alaska & Hawaii ONLY):

$5 per order FLAT RATE


$10 per order FLAT RATE

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is backordered, you will be notified via email with information on when the earliest delivery will be possible.

Return Policy

For any return or exchange requests, we are happy to assist in making arrangement for the return/exchange transaction. Please follow instructions below depending on your situation.

Damaged Item or Shipping Errors

If an item was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please send us an email describing the situation and if possible, include a photo of the item and/or package. Please include the name used in the original purchase and the order number if available. A replacement order will be processed with 24 hrs providing the replacement item is in stock.

If requesting a full refund due to damage item or shipping error, you must contact us with 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping labels will be provided if needed. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of return shipment.

Changed Your Mind?

We understand that sometime minds are changed after placing the order or products are not exactly what you have imagined them to be. For these time, we'll gladly work with you to expedite a return/exchange. To help us process your return in a timely matter and to ensure a prompt refund (if required), please follow these simple guidelines:

  • If requesting a full refund, products should be in its original packaging, have not been used in anyway, and are considered to be in "Saleable" condition.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • A return number (RA#) will be provided and is clearly marked on the return package.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsiblity of the customer.
